Great Place To Live
June 12, 2025I’ve been living at Greystone at Maple Ridge for 2 years and it’s honestly been a great experience. The location is super convenient — close to grocery stores, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern. My unit came with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a spacious layout. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within 24 hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate the amenities ...— the gym is clean and never too crowded, the package locker system is a huge plus, and the common areas are kept in great condition. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable living here. I’d definitely recommend Greystone at Maple Ridge to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live!Property Manager Responded

Property, Office Team, and Maintenance
April 18, 2025Greystone at Mapleridge is a fantastic place to live. The property is very well maintained and the team works very hard every single day to make sure the property is clean and well kept. The office team does everything possible to assist the tenants and will answer any questions or concerns. Jonathan, who is the maintenance manager, is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and experienced which makes a huge difference for the tenants. He takes care of every maintenance request (big or small) ...in a swift manner. We also have security on site which makes the tenants feel safe. Mapleridge is a great place to call home!Property Manager Responded
