I have lived in this apartment complex for several years now and still feel the same as I did in the beginning. I love this community and feel so safe here. The staff still treat me as if I were brand new, and service requests are handled so quickly. I'm very happy here and expect to be here many years to come. I have had an ongoing issue with my HVAC. I began experiencing health issues and discovered my HVAC filter turned completely black shortly after the apartment’s ductwork was cleaned. Independent mold testing identified mold concerns, yet management’s initial response was to suggest candles were the cause. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency, investigation, and professional response to what appears to be a serious indoor air quality issue.
