January 16, 2026Convenient location and the size of the apartments are nice. I’ve lived here for 5 years and things have gone downhill. Hear gunshots right outside the building at times. I have random cracks forming in the walls, the kitchen counter and cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and the molding in the living room and kitchen are also pulling away from the wall. I told the office about it, and maintenance came and used white caulk to reattach the kitchen brown wood molding to the brown wood ...cabinet which looks horrible, the they left.
