August 9, 2025Today marks my second day in my Apartment and my children and I are absolutely thrilled to be here at Greystone at wide waters. It’s incredibly peaceful on my floor. The rooms are amazingly spacious and I adore the abundant closet space. I’m also deeply in love with my patio, it’s remarkably spacious. I had a profoundly positive experience with the leasing office as they were always exceptionally helpful with any questions I had about my move-in. August 5, 2025I just moved in. We had a few issues when it came to getting our apartment but the office handled it quickly. We were able to get our unit changed and even got a few upgrades we were not expecting. The apartment was is good condition with only a minor issues. So far the complex has been amazing and our fur babies love their new home. The noise isn’t too bad. However, we put in some work orders and have not had maintenance in to fix it. Hoping they will get to it soon considering it is creeping up ...to the 48 hr mark. Overall so far this is a good complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
