I love the inside of my apartment and the amenities. The staff and the maintenance crew are very good. However some work needs to be done in some of the stairways. Most of them are very clean there are just a few tenants that don't care and drop stuff and leave it.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. It's almost time for our yearly pressure washing of breezeways and stairs. Once we have a contract signed with a vendor, we will notify all of the residents of when this will be happening. Our goal is to have this job completed towards the end of September. Also, the last full week of each month, we have all breezeways/stairs blown out to help with the appearance. If there is a spot clean that needs to happen, please let us know what building and where in the breezeway so we can have our grounds tech handle it. Again, appreciate your feedback and please let us know if there is anything else you may need.

I wish they would bring back the weekly-biweekly food trucks that they used to schedule. They put on some good events but they are usually at inconvenient times (when most people are working) or aren’t organized well and run out. The property is clean and quiet.

I am thankful that my rent went down, otherwise I couldn't live here. Hopefully my rent will stay this price for my next renewal because I can't afford to stay here any longer. The loud music from cars at night is not good! People not picking up trash they drop is uncall for. I've been here since 2011 and a lot of things has hone to the wayside, not being addressed when brought to office attention. Loud music at night after 10 pm. I love living here! I live in a basement level apartment which is so nice and secluded. The noise from neighbors is never bad and it's so nice to have a back patio that leads straight out to the grass and woods. Only complaint is sometimes the plumbing can get backed up pretty easily down here (sink & shower)

Convenient location and the size of the apartments are nice. I’ve lived here for 5 years and things have gone downhill. Hear gunshots right outside the building at times. I have random cracks forming in the walls, the kitchen counter and cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and the molding in the living room and kitchen are also pulling away from the wall. I told the office about it, and maintenance came and used white caulk to reattach the kitchen brown wood molding to the brown wood ...
cabinet which looks horrible, the they left. None of the other issues were repaired.
