The maintenance team shows up fast when something needs fixing and gets the job done. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with, and they don’t make things complicated when you need help. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live and things are taken care of.

Awesome is the word to describe this fine established apartment complex! I was given a friendly tour with some lemonade and they answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. I definitely recommend touring and considering living here at the Woodlands!

I’ve been a resident here at Greystone oaks going on 2 years absolutely love my apartment and community! Barely hear any noise , the staff is great and all maintenance request are done quick no complaints.

I have enjoyed living here at the Greystone at the Woodlands. Property and grounds are always well kept, the neighborhood is quiet , and the amenities are really nice . The Maintenance team is really good at fixing any issues you may have. If you’re looking for your next apartment home , I highly recommend this Greystone property.

I had an apt tour with Jonnae. She was so kind with a beautiful personality. She was so pleasant and patient and answered all of my tons of questions. I will be doing an out of state move in Sep 2026 and visited many apartments during my Thanksgiving trip to GA. Greystone @ the Woodlands is one of my top picks!
