The complex is impeccably built, all of the units were designed with the utmost care, the views are fantastic, and the building is close to conveniences (Costco, Target, Home Depot, Home Goods, etc.) and access to nature (The Boulder Trail). Whitney and her team (the building owner/manager(s)) are very kind, easily reachable when needed, and are always there for help/to answer questions. I can't recommend this community enough!

Management responds quickly to any questions and maintains the property well. It is a safe place, conveniently located close to everything, including the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants/bars. I highly recommend this apartment.

I have had no issues with the appliances or other features of the apartment that would require repairs, which has made living here comfortable. I have also enjoyed having a detached garage. The location of the apartment is ok, as it is near many things to do (trails, parks, the mall, etc.) but is near a busy intersection that can be noisy. The management is great and responds quickly to any questions or concerns ...that come up.Read More

May 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived at Grindstone since July 2023 and can honestly say that I have no complaints! The building is quiet and well-maintained, people are friendly, and management is kind and very responsive. The property is a short drive to many different shopping centers and the airport. There is also plenty of nearby green space, including the Boulder Trail system (across the road). I feel lucky to live here and hope to be a resident for many years to come.
