This is truly the highest end living in Western North Carolina. It resembles a 5 star hotel with sophisticated living. Some of the best restaurants in Asheville are a simple elevator ride away, while living in the most beautiful building in the region. Living at Grove Arcade has been such a special experience for us. We moved in for the beautiful, iconic building and downtown location, but it’s become so much more. We’ve built real friendships here. It’s the kind of place where you run into neighbors, start chatting, and end up sharing dinner or listening to live music. It truly feels like a community. The convenience is hard to beat — shops, restaurants, cafés, and live music are just steps away. Nick has been wonderful from day one, always ...
quick to help with repairs and small improvements. Since Amanda stepped into the property manager role, communication has been clearer, things feel more organized, and there’s a renewed energy in the building. You can tell she genuinely cares. We also appreciate the security team. They not only help keep the building safe, but deliver packages to our door and occasionally serenade us — thoughtful, concierge-style touches that make this place extra special. This is our home. We can’t imagine living anywhere else.

The Best Place to live in Downtown Asheville

My husband and I have lived at the Grove Arcade for over 13 years (yes, 13 years!). This is not unusual since it is a place you don't want to leave. The building is amazing and unlike any other place in Asheville. The maintenance manager and staff have been so responsive, especially during difficult times like Covid and Hurricane Helene. We have covered, secure parking which is a very important amenity for downtown living. Restaurants are just an elevator ride away. Perhaps what really ...
stands out is the sense of community here. The residents routinely gather in the common area for drinks and snacks. I strongly recommend the Grove Arcade
