March 12, 2026So many awesome things to say about living at the Grove, great apartments and some great amenities for a college complex! The best parts hands down are the people who work here(shoutout my girl Meadow, love her!), the front office is full of such great people. Not only that, but the maintenance staff is amazing at getting things taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s also a very pet friendly place too! Go Grove!
May 8, 2025Living at The Grove has been a pretty good experience overall. The location is super convenient—close to campus, which makes getting to class or hanging out around town really easy. There's also a shuttle, which helps a lot when it’s raining or you’re running late. The apartments come furnished, which was nice because I didn’t have to worry about buying a bunch of furniture. I’m in a 2-bedroom, and having my own bathroom is a big plus. The kitchen is decent, and there’s a washer and dryer in the ...unit, which is really convenient.Property Manager Responded
