This is a roach infested complex. The office communication is ZERO. Non cooperative, and horrible attitudes. This is obviously NOT the PLACE LIVE. Once you sign, YOU'RE STUCK HERE.
All I asked for this time was just to replace my filter on 2/3/21 and it's been 2 days and it is Friday. Most likely this will not get gone before Monday.
I cannot even get them in here to spray for the roaches.
Glad we are moving out, this place is not in any condition to call home. I have a patio that when it rains ...
or wild cats are there I cannot even get to my Washer and Dryer without danger from the animals or the unsafe conditions on my patio.
They just changed out our roof on our building las month. There are still leftovers of trash. I doubt it will get picked up. It has been weeks.
My first almost year here was 10X better than the last. I'm not sure why but management lost it's care for the residents. Many neighbors complain about the attitude and roaches. Now we have spiders too. I gave the office a receipt for raid I had to go and buy. that was in January, no reimbursement to date.
btw to add insult to injury, I'm in Stage 4 Cancer taking daily Chemo since 4/15/2020 and the office is aware. Since they can feel no shame in treating a Disabled Cancer patient, how will YOU GET TREATED living here?
Maybe the corporate offices are not aware? I welcome the corporate office to contact me.

Really peaceful atmosphere and friendly neighbors. Great response times from the repair technicians. Only issue is strange men drinking out by the garbage disposal late at night and all the empty bottles left behind.

Overall pretty please with my time at The Grove at Deerwood. Great location and low costs in rent was exactly what I needed at the time. Management is friendly and there when you need them. Maintenance will usually have requests done within a day if not the same day. Recommended for anyone needing an apartment with low monthly rent.

ConAm has done a great job in keeping the community very nice, the staff could not be better. They are professional, well informed and they care about the your concerns. The maintenance workers are also professional and experienced. I have always felt safe when the come into my home even when I am not there. That speaks volume.
