December 11, 2024Generally quite at night and atleast in my breeze way good people around me. The new builds took all the open fields up. The tree was so old but beautiful just ripped out like nothing. The 1 tiny pool isn't big enought for everyone and the 1 trash disposal can't keep up with lazy people.when i throw my trash away i suspended another 30mins throwing other trash away. My apt has been flooded 5x in 7 years so walls are shot n there is a pest issue that I have mentioned several times along with a ...water leak that's been there since I moved in. Amennetties weight room. Is ok if you don't work at Nissan I just want to sit down in a quiet cold room after 10hrs. Staff are polite n friendly and Mr.Joe best maintenance man around a true asset for this property..Property Manager Responded

Late fee
November 8, 2024I pay my rent every month in time, but I forgot this month to pay within the first 5 days and I got an email on the 6th days to ask me for the rent with extra 10% as a late fee. I asked the manager to wave the late fee as it's the first time and I came as soon as I read the email but she said I'm sorry I can't wave it. I know every office has the ability to wave the late fee at least if it's the first time but she refused. It was not a good action from her as a customer service representative and ...I'm sure she can wave the late fee. The customer service should be more flexible specially with the Committed people.Property Manager Responded
