October 18, 2025The apartment has a cool for plan with a nice big patio, however during the warm months there is a pigeon infestation. Recently my hot water went out and maintenance had to come out about 4 or 5 times before it was repaired, so that was inconvenient. And the gym has been out of service for most of my time here (equipment was broken, then closed for renovations) . All I could use before it closed were the dumbbells and since the gym was so small, it was pretty much only into person at a time. ...Curious to see the renovations once those are done, but due to small size, I just go to the gym or workout from home. The selling points of the apartment are the patio, convenient location, and price.Property Manager Responded
