    • Worst apartment complex in Tampa

      Besides the 3 am loud music and music and noisy neighbors at any hours especially at night, a generally unsafe neighborhood and management that is looking for any way to screw you this place is nice and 60 minutes from any nice beach, and located right in the middle of 2 major intersections, so rest assured traffic will be terrible 24/7.

      Do not trust this place with your money! We moved out almost 8 months ago, and they still have not sent us our full security deposit that they owe us (they have admitted they owe us it). They have told us about 20 times, "The check is in the mail" and "You should receive it within 1-2 weeks" and yet it never comes! It's been almost 8 months! Go to another apartment complex that won't lie to you and withhold hundreds of dollars from you. As for living at the Grove, we witnessed many drug deals, ...
      it was a regular occurrence for people to blast their music literally at 3am, we had to tell our guests not to freak out when they hear screaming outside at 5am--that was pretty regular, witnessed fights, and more. My wife and I literally laughed out loud when we saw the Grove's update website as it so inaccurately represents the apartments and life there. They boast that they have laundry a facility, yet the machines were quick frequently broken (lots of vandalism) and then they would close it completely from residents. They have a pool, but they would close that because of vandalism. They have a gym, but 75% of the time when I tried to go during the hours it was supposed to be open, it was closed. And even with all that, we completed our full 12-month lease.

      came here on a Friday and had a tour and it was great. Was reassured that a couple of apartments were not being applied for and to apply ASAP. I applied the same day and called the office to confirm they received my application and was told they would call back. Monday comes and nothing so we call again and once again we are told we would get a call back. We still did not receive a call back. That following Tuesday we found out through the portal that we were approved but was never notified. We ...
      called once again and nothing. Come Wednesday morning all of the apartments including the one we applied for was gone. Once again we called to figure everything out and Once again no call but received an email later stating we were put on a waitlist. Not happy at all! Do not apply here.

      I moved in 2 months ago as I relocated to Tampa. Office people were so great and made my move in such an easy transition. Apartments have great space and closets because I love my shoes the closet space was important. Since I moved in I had 2 small maintenance concerns but the maintenance workers came out the same day and fixed my problems. I feel at home even thought I am so far away from hometown.
