  • Went from excellent to sketchy

    I lived there a little over 5 years. The apartments are very nice overall. Management has shuffled around several times. If you are single and not family oriented then you should not have any problems. The drug use in the parking lot and theft from vehicle break ins became a problem. This became a recurring problem going in to my 3rd year there. The dog park was stripped of grass and replaced with cheap mulch. Any time it would rain the park would flood due to the mulch plugging the runoff drain. ...
    Plus no one cleaned up after their animals waste. The Groves really went around 2021. It started out great. I hope this is helpful.

    This place is great. Well kept, lots of amenities, activities, services. Friendly staff. My 2bd/2br is very bright and spacious. My biggest gripe is the noise. The walls, ceilings, and floors are So. Painfully. Thin. I can hear my upstairs AND downstairs neighbors entire conversations... among other things. I don't expect silence but my goodness I shouldn't hear the dog's tail hit the floor. The unit I wanted became unavailable at the last minute and sometimes I wish I had just waited for it to ...

    This is the worst place I have ever lived. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Neighbors are loud and rude. Management does nothing. All they care about is the rent. Neighbors getting arrested for drugs and domestic situations. It’s like the hood in here. I do not recommend this place.

    Love being able to be so close to work. The community is kept up well and I enjoy my apartment so much. The high ceiling and big kitchens make it feel more like a house than an apartment once inside.

  • Terrible Front Desk Management

    Front desks never care about your complaint and will only put you on the back burner. Maintence is slow and they never do paper work correctly, or if there is a deadline, they will always give it to you incredibly late. A lot of people are moving out and I see why now. Rent goes up too much too fast. Not enough parking spaces, even with a bunch of people moving in or out.

    Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. All neighbors have multiple cars and you can't find a parking space for yourself. Manager there is rude when asked to schedule for small repairs. Maintenance unprofessional, comes over to make repairs and trys to flirt with girlfriend.
