February 6, 2026I promise I’m not a “bot” lol I’ve been living here since Dec. 2018 and it’s about time these people get their recognition. I’ve called this apartment complex home for over seven years, and while I’ve seen many changes in staff, the current team is on another level. Any place has pros and cons but truthfully living here, the pros supersede the cons! I have lived at this complex for over seven years, and during that time, I’ve seen various management teams, leasing consultants, and maintenance ...crews come and go. I can confidently say that the current team is the absolute best. They are incredibly attentive and the communication is top-tier. I want to give a personal shout out to the Property Manager, Rachel. She is personable, down to earth, and a true woman of her word. Her determination to make this a great place to live is evident. I also want to recognize Vinnie, the Maintenance Supervisor. February 3, 2026Maintenance Repair to Stove on 2/2/25 The maintenance man came in and fixed the problem quickly. When he finished I asked questions as I always do with any issue that may come up in the apartment. I also noticed that he put a part in the bottom of the stove. When I asked what it was he took the part out and told me that he thought that I had put the part on the back of the stove. I told him that there was no one in this apartment that knew anything about putting anything on the back of stoves. I ...reminded him that there were two men that came by some months back and they put one on my stove and they said every stove in this apartment complex would have one. I could not understand why the maintenance man didn’t ask me about the part, but would assume that I would put a part on the stove. January 21, 2026Love the Groves at Berry Creek Apartments! I love living at the Groves at Berry Creek! Pet friendly and so much greenspace around the complex for dog walks! The very best apartments around for dogs. Apts are bigger than most in the area and 2bdrms have large kitchens and a laundry room. The patios and balconies are extra large. The pool is kept very clean and opens early and stays open late in the season. Staff has always been extremely responsive the few times I have needed maintenance, the ...repairs have always been done the same day. Went from excellent to sketchy
November 15, 2024I lived there a little over 5 years. The apartments are very nice overall. Management has shuffled around several times. If you are single and not family oriented then you should not have any problems. The drug use in the parking lot and theft from vehicle break ins became a problem. This became a recurring problem going in to my 3rd year there. The dog park was stripped of grass and replaced with cheap mulch. Any time it would rain the park would flood due to the mulch plugging the runoff drain. ...Plus no one cleaned up after their animals waste. The Groves really went around 2021. It started out great. Almost perfect
November 11, 2023This place is great. Well kept, lots of amenities, activities, services. Friendly staff. My 2bd/2br is very bright and spacious. My biggest gripe is the noise. The walls, ceilings, and floors are So. Painfully. Thin. I can hear my upstairs AND downstairs neighbors entire conversations... among other things. I don't expect silence but my goodness I shouldn't hear the dog's tail hit the floor. The unit I wanted became unavailable at the last minute and sometimes I wish I had just waited for it to ...be available again.
