Perfect place to call home
October 16, 2023From the staff to the apartments, everything is spectacular. Neighbors are friendly and respectful which is what anyone ever hopes for. The staff are quick and responsive and always pleasant to work with; I hope the current staff know how much their work is appreciated! As an added bonus the location of these apartments is hard to beat, located right next to a huge park that’s well maintained, and then you’re only 5-10 mins away from everything you’d need shopping-wise. Apartment Living Exceeding Expectations
July 26, 2023Having been a homeowner for many years, I decided to sell and try a worry-free, maintenance-free lifestyle in my later years. I explored a number of apartment complexes in Arden, Skyland and Fletcher area looking at price, location, safety, cleanliness standards, and overall appeal. I checked all reviews and visited a number of complexes. The staff at Groves was always helpful and pleasant even while I "tire-kicked" and I found myself returning to the Groves more than once. Moved in about a month ...ago and so far, I am very pleased with my decision. No place is perfect, and adjustments from a free-standing home to an apartment are necessary. But to date, no regrets. The unit is quiet, the people are friendly, and while rent is high everywhere in this vicinity, I maintain I made a good decision. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
July 14, 2023Groves at Town Center is a great place to live. The apartment and grounds are modern and well kept. Staff is tops. Zero entry and saltwater pool is great. Fitness center is well equipped. Fletcher Community Park is next door with sidewalks to park. The park is great and includes the General Trout water Cane Creek. I walked to park one day and caught a rainbow trout and cooked it fresh for lunch. Fresh trout for lunch while on a walk 0 can't get better.Review from Apartments.com
Caring staff, well managed, and very nice place to live
December 22, 2021We were in transition, moving into the area and searching for our forever home, but needed an apartment for the duration. From the very beginning, both Annette and Sabrina were super helpful in getting me in at a time when apartments were getting difficult to find. They were both professional and warm and welcoming. The property is well managed, with accommodations for our dogs, which were not used to apartment life, but it worked out perfectly due to the Fletcher Community Park right next ...door. We were on the 2nd floor, and as much as most would prefer first floor, it was actually better for our dogs so they didn't get "alerted" by everyone who passed by. Very nice, modern, quiet.
March 5, 2020This is my first apartment and I have to say I can’t find anything to write a bad review about. These apartments and nice and clean & modern looking, well insulated, nice finishes, lovely kitchen, large windows with lots of lights and high ceilings in the living area. And QUIET. Maybe I just have good neighbors but I never hear any footsteps/neighbors talking even in the middle of the day. It’s quiet and peaceful. The fitness room is also nice with new equipment. The gate around the property is ...high and makes me as a resident feel very safe having my son here. I’ve never had any maintenance issues.
