Worst place ever!

They have the worst roaches and bugs complex there is. They never send pest control. I doubt pest control would even help. We’ve asked multiple times to get a new toilet and they have yet fixed it so we paying for 2 bedroom 1 bathroom because second bathroom toilet been broke for 10 months so far. So happy my lease up! Never ever ever ever ever move here! The complex is quiet and look like but it’s filled with so many roaches. They have mold, looks like termites are eating at my front door it’s ...
hella cracks in walls and ceiling that help all the roaches hide. Look else where for income based apt or townhouse!!!!!!!!

Wow not what expected

The amount what I pay is crazy because it's low income there are literally roaches every where in every room of the house can't even sleep at night because one might crawl on me that's the major flaw the smaller flaw is the hardware very old pretty much suckered into a year contract the cabinets are un even and doors creak!!!! Big mistake want to buyback contract do whatever it takes rather sleep in a car !

Not a good place
August 3, 2015
I have stayed here for the past year. (Moved in in Sept. Of 2014. Lease up on 8/31) When ii moved in we did a walk through. The things that needed to be fixed still have not been fixed. When I call the front desk they never answer the phone. If they do they say oh we will send someone there. No one ever comes. Recently there was a huge leak they said someone came and fixed it which was a lie (I have a Nanny she said no one has showed up) when I called back they said we are sending someone now ...
and they didn't show up until 2 hours later. In order to get anything done I have to send a letter certified. And they still don't respond. When I first looked at the place they said they offered so much. They don't have the afterschool program that they publicized. And they are not concerned about anything.
