The process was super easy and fast! The communication with the landlord and maintenance is great! I get a response within minutes! I feel safe with the gate and update newsletter. The community is so clean, wholesome, and reasonable. I also love how it is only 5 mins away from town!

I love that it’s gated and feels safe, but the system also allows easy confirmation from residents to allow guest in. It is very peaceful, we’ve never heard much of anything from the apartments around us or outside. There is always close parking spots & fast responses from whatever issues or questions you have. The office staff is so sweet & very helpful. I highly recommend the guest house apartments !!

Property manager Rachel and maintenance man Terry are friendly and very helpful and are prompt with dealing with any issues you may have. The new upgrades are beautiful. If you are looking for a nice place to live and check out Guesthouse apartments.

We love it so much, that we did not even look at any other complexes when we needed to go from our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We have been renting from Guest House since August and we are in the process of beginning the paperwork to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. I have spoken with Rachel, who works in the office, many many times. She walked me through the application ...process and has always been so helpful and quick when we had any questions. I believe we have only had one maintenance request and it was handled so fast. Every person that we have met that works in the complex has been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, comfortable, and friendly place to live.Read More
