Living my best life at Gulf Coast town homes
May 23, 2024This is awesome place to live. It is so quiet, peaceful,and beautiful surroundings. The property manager Tanya is amazing. She is friendly, super knowledgeable, and amazingly helpful. The maintenance is top notch. He is on top of all issues, and a super nice guy. These apartments have assembled a truly A+ team. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone. Hidden Gem
December 11, 2023I love this hidden gem tucked away, from town. I'm a country girl married to a city guy. This place was the perfect combo for us. So quiet, small, in a quiet subdivision. Office and maintenance are great. All I had to do was use the app and they got right now my work order. Because there is a lot of beautiful trees I treat my home for any pest, I called the office and let them know I wanted my unit sprayed for this after I moved in. They scheduled it with the Pest control service, gave me a list ...to follow( so i could get the best treatment done), and have not seen any issues. My last apartment unit I had to wait months for this. Everyone I have talked to around here, states just let office know through their app or call and they will handle everything and even give updates.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 8, 2023This place is disgusting. This is my fourth apartment I have lived in in my life and this one is by far the worst. A definite bug problem that has been apparent since move in. They’ve come and sprayed ONCE and didn’t even spray the entire unit. I’ve emailed leasing office with concerns and no one ever bothered even getting back with me. Will be moving out as soon as possible.Review from Apartments.com
You don’t get what you pay for.
May 29, 2023This place has ZERO amenities. They don’t have a laundry room but add $25 mo to your rent for the washer and dryer that comes in the unit whether you want it or not. They charge for pest control. Water and sewer is $87 a month on top of rent and utilities. It’s pretty expensive for a run down older property. They were promising a pool and club house when we moved in but that didn’t happen.Review from Apartments.com
