Long term renter-will be 14 years in Sept.
August 25, 2025This is a very comfortable place to live. It isn't new or fancy but has everything you need , including amenities and a great office and maintenance crew. It is close to hospitals and shops and highway access for traveling. If you have school age kids the schools are good and are close. I am not sure what else you might be looking for in an apartment home but give this place a look.Property Manager Responded

Nice Surprise
August 12, 2024My experience with Gulfshore Apartments has been wonderful. The unit and price online were the same unit and price I was shown in the viewing - a rarity in Naples. Each member of staff I have interacted with has been professional, attentive, and kind. The process was efficient with an easy-to-follow online format. The unit is well appointed and updated - best I’ve seen of the 6 properties in the area I viewed. There was a small issue with an appliance that I reported using the phone app and it ...was resolved in less than a day. I feel comfortable and grateful to be here.Property Manager Responded
