January 7, 2025Living here isn’t pleasant at all. The walls are very thin. I have the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever had. I smell smoke throughout my apartment at all times of the day and no one isn’t my apartment smokes. I hear gun shots at all different hours of the night. The staff at the leasing office and resident services are very rude and do not reply in a timely manner. The trash outside looks terrible most days. There’s trash all over the ground outside of the dumpster. The only reason I haven’t ...experienced rodents is because I paid a different pest control company to come out and seal holes and spray for bugs. Maintenance doesn’t properly knock before entering the apartment. I work from home so they are always a disturbance. They do not listen to my request to wear shoe covers when in my apartment. I do not walk around my place with outside shoes on and I would appreciate the same respect from them. I strongly encourage anyone that asks me if they should lease here, to run far away.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025While my leasing agent did an amazing job my apartment was/is not move in ready it doesn't appear to have been clean, painted or refreshed or even any fixing done prior to my move it there are alot of things that were not done and that need to be fixed that I now I have to wait to be doneProperty Manager Responded

November 18, 2024The grounds are kept very clean. The laundry rooms need to kept clean better and exterminate .The laundry rooms need to have more working washing machine and dryers.
