Living here isn’t pleasant at all. The walls are very thin. I have the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever had. I smell smoke throughout my apartment at all times of the day and no one isn’t my apartment smokes. I hear gun shots at all different hours of the night. The staff at the leasing office and resident services are very rude and do not reply in a timely manner. The trash outside looks terrible most days. There’s trash all over the ground outside of the dumpster. The only reason I haven’t ...
experienced rodents is because I paid a different pest control company to come out and seal holes and spray for bugs. Maintenance doesn’t properly knock before entering the apartment. I work from home so they are always a disturbance. They do not listen to my request to wear shoe covers when in my apartment. I do not walk around my place with outside shoes on and I would appreciate the same respect from them. I strongly encourage anyone that asks me if they should lease here, to run far away.

I Inquired About 3-4 Apartments But When I Came Across Gwynn Oaks Landing I Didn’t Know What To Expect But The Leasing Agent Amber Was Very Helpful, Nice And Very Patient She Made My Moving Experience Smooth, and Easy!

While my leasing agent did an amazing job my apartment was/is not move in ready it doesn't appear to have been clean, painted or refreshed or even any fixing done prior to my move it there are alot of things that were not done and that need to be fixed that I now I have to wait to be done

My experience here have been very good, it's quiet,clean and no loitering. there are no liquor stores in the neighborhood that attract negative attention.The fact that I see green grass means a lot coming from Baltimore city.

I feel very comfortable and confirm, at first I only wanted to live for a short period, use it as a springboard, but today I feel so good that my plans have completely changed and as far as I can I will be living here because I already feel it part of me, I know that there are opportunities for improvement but I also know that they will be realized

The grounds are kept very clean. The laundry rooms need to kept clean better and exterminate .The laundry rooms need to have more working washing machine and dryers. There aren’t many working washing machines. The washing machines and dryers to be wiped and disinfect regularly. The staff at the leading are friendly.
