January 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here isn’t pleasant at all. The walls are very thin. I have the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever had. I smell smoke throughout my apartment at all times of the day and no one isn’t my apartment smokes. I hear gun shots at all different hours of the night. The staff at the leasing office and resident services are very rude and do not reply in a timely manner. The trash outside looks terrible most days. There’s trash all over the ground outside of the dumpster. The only reason I haven’t ...experienced rodents is because I paid a different pest control company to come out and seal holes and spray for bugs. Maintenance doesn’t properly knock before entering the apartment. I work from home so they are always a disturbance. They do not listen to my request to wear shoe covers when in my apartment. I do not walk around my place with outside shoes on and I would appreciate the same respect from them.
