April 30, 2026I don’t want to pay for someone to take the trash out for me, That is completely unnecessary. I pay for a app to open the garage for me and there is a lot of errors in the app. Garage looks undone and made in a rush with a lot of scratches and dents in the walls( I’m sure management will find a way to not return my deposit by looking at that). I can clearly hear the neighbors all the time. The communication was not great, I was told 2 completely different things from the tour and when I applied. ...Communication also sucked during the process. I had to call everyday after 7 days into the process to get an update. Was told several times that I should be getting a call back with the update that day but never received anything. Was finally told about my approval 2 HOURS PRIOR TO MY MOVE IN. And that gave me NO TIME to get their requirements ready. The REQUIREMENTS are ridiculous and a huge headache( especially since everything was online). We've been looking for a place that was big enough and allowed our pets and saw a billboard for H2O Townhomes and came in for a tour. From the beginning, we've had nothing but great experiences! We also like the fact that we were able to upgrade to a bigger unit once it was available. The amenities that are available and are going to be available are awesome as well. April 30, 2026The white plastic tubs are ridiculously dirty no matter how many times you clean it! Residents overpay for nothing over here not even worth the price! April 30, 2026Place is beautiful, parking can be challenging if you have a car or lowered vehicle. Not to much noise except the occasional sounds of the people walking around in the unit above me. Which is just vibration travel. I never hear them other than that. It’s under construction and the construction guys leave trash everywhere in the working zone wich is next to my unit it’s just not appealing to the eye.
