  • you should morph the prices into a price more appropriate for what you’re getting

    Way too over priced!!! I think three and four bedroom units rent should be reduced by at least $200 and I think it would fit everything more appropriately. I love this complex and I really want to live here but at this point the rent is just a little too high for me and my family.

      Our pricing stays in line with other communities in the area, we do try to offer concessions when we can to get the price per month lowered but there is only so much we can do. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, we love that you love the community and what it has to offer, it is beautiful.
