Before you rent here you should know some stuff:
September 27, 2020Before you rent here you should know some stuff: 1) The office has very bad service, where your complaints are never heard and much less solved. 2) You are going to pay for water heating, sewer, water and a VALET TRASH that nobody uses. In the following photo you will see garbage bags, but a lot of them are all over the building or placed them by the doors where you can go and throw it. This is causing you to see cockroaches on the walls, the smell of garbage in the hallways and rats on your ...balconies. 3) There is no security at night. Sometimes you will see some security guy for 1-2 hours around the building. There are no security cameras in the parking lots (they charge enough to get at least some good security system) 4) Expect that your rent increases ridiculously (with a charge of useless services).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad and Unethical New Management- No longer worth to live!
April 26, 2019Horrible place! Unscrupulous Management,just money greedy people. I lived in this apartment for more than 3 years. It was most peaceful and happy place to stay. Thanks to the previous management(Americana Independence).The apartment was maintained and managed very well before. But now... very different :( With the NEW management and owner (Haven Warner Center) the place is no longer worth to live.Bad and Unethical Management! Just to create a first impression these people trimmed off and cut the ...shady trees in the complex, changed exterior paint,and yes toilet bowl in all the apartments - "conservation!" and the funniest part was that they introduced a HUGE monthly bill for trash, sewer ,hot water and what not..which was already included in the rent from previous management. Remember you are now unnecessarily paying huge additional charge for the same square feet and utility.And Drastic increase in rent for the new/renewal lease. Luckily i got a chance to move out from this apartment and didn't have to go through all these for long. And at that point too i had a huge lose as these greedy people took the maximum out of the initial deposit. Dear friends think twice before falling into this trap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Americana Independence Apartments
August 2, 2015The property looks attractive from the entrance through to the business office. Pay attention to the details on the floors. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing and makes noise when people walk on them. The Apartments themselves are well maintained, well spaced. The Bathrooms are spacious.
