Ed the manager is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The Apartments are very spacious bright and open, with stainless steel appliances, also in unit washer and dryer and attached garage. The outside grounds are well maintained and cared for, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. So glad I moved here!Property Manager Responded

When I was in the process of moving again, I called this site for more information on the apartments and availability. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. Earlier this year, my friend was also interested in renting at Hillside Estates and after scheduling a seeing, the manager never showed up. He made her wait over 30 minutes without a curtesy call. ...Very disappointing.Read More

I love that all my closets have shelving units for hanging or folded clothing and items. I love that my washer and dryer are located in the largest bedroom closet that has the other 3 walls surrounded by the shelving units in double rows. The appliances are great and new with a great footprint layout. I have a humungous garage and a large balcony/porch. I get to keep my ...dog and my neighbors are great. It's wonderful and I truly feel at "home".Read More

Hot water. I am moving in the end of April! I had my choice of any unit in the next completed building. Really looking forward to this move!
