Best apartment I've lived at yet.
February 25, 2021Mike, the property manager is the best property manager I've ever had. He is very personable, understanding and flexible. He will literally be out at 12am snowblowing the paths when there is a big snow fall at night so residents don't have to walk through snow in the winter. My apartment was on the second floor, in the corner and it was beautiful, spacious and in great condition. This apartment is close by to the dog park. January 5, 2021I have lived here for 2+ years and I love my apartment. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath upper. It overlooks the man made pond and has great sunlight. Mike, the property manager lives on site and goes above and beyond for you. He is very kind and approachable. If you ever need anything, or whatever, he'll be there for you. The only compliant I have is the company that owns these properties. I've had a handful of problems with them where they were extremely unhelpful and rude. A wonderful, safe, clean, place to live!
October 1, 2020The rooms are large, high-ceiling (in the upper I'm in), with lots of light coming in. They are very clean and the property is well maintained throughout the year. Having laundry units available right inside your apartment is wonderful, and I've yet to find an apartment with such a spacious bathroom, living room, and well-laid out kitchen for these prices. The current Property Manager is very responsive, friendly, and hard-working. My kids love it here, as do I. I also appreciate the ...proximity to Menominee Park/downtown area for fun activities and yet also being in a quiet neighborhood. I've been here almost a year with my two kids and we love it. They don't return phone calls
October 19, 2019How can you get into their property to even view apartments? They don't return phone calls when you leave numerous phone calls and it's like pulling teeth to get them to reply back to emails either. So far, not impressed, when you are looking for an apartment and it looks like a good fit, but you can't view the property or get answers!! At this moment not very happy with the company at all!!Property Manager Responded

Hometown Apartments
September 12, 2015I am living with my parents in their apartment. My son and I are homeless technicallly. But I will rate theirs. Rent is high for my parents, but heat is included, and they have a washer and dryer in a 2 bedroom.
