March 27, 2026The walls are thin so we can hear our neighbors yelling, and snoring. The pool and gym keys are not ready yet, but they are working on it. The uncovered parking lot gets full quickly. Otherwise, the community events and maintenance has been good so far.Review from Apartments.com

March 27, 2026My experience at HUE97 Apartments has been very good overall. The property feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made living here comfortable and enjoyable. The staff has been friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I also liked how peaceful the community felt most of the time, and the amenities added a lot of convenience to everyday life. The location is another big plus because it is close to stores, restaurants, and other important places, ...which made getting around easier. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciated the effort put into keeping the property looking nice. January 22, 2026When I walkin to check for rates and availability the lady (sorry do not remember her name) but she was nice and informative about everything. However, once I submitted my application is when things got rough. I felt like I was flooded with emails and wasn't sure what direction to go. I had email that properly should've been sent after i was fully approved, some emails was missing information. For example move in rent and deposit need cashier check but message cuts off to who you need to make it ...out to. I felt I never had a clear path to what was need or next. I had to call multiple time to get updates and things moving. Each timeI called I felt the lady was rushing me off the phone and stating she'll look at her email and get back.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2026The community is good so far. Parking seems tricky at times. The walls are very thin in my dinning room so I can hear my neighbors yelling. I noticed that the office will be closed during posted open hours some days. The maintenance so far has been good.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2026Community is great, management doesn't seem to know what they are doing and often will take on random fees or charges without warning only to remove it if you ask about it. Rent also increased while their other apartments with the same layout went down on their website.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025Great place to live just wish these parents would teach their kids kindness and how to pickup after themselves. Kids are constantly littering and dog owners not picking up after their dogs.Property Manager Responded
