Thankfully I am in a quiet building, the maintenance guys are always super friendly and handle issues in a timely manner, and its nice having sun shades automatically on the porches/balconies. The only issue I have is sometimes it is really hard reaching anyone in the office.

Very chill and quite sometimes you can hear the neighborhood through the wall but so far it is a nice community apartments are nice and chill once you get it repaired and cleaned up

Everything has been great the last three years until last night...AC goes out and calls to emergency maintenance are ignored. Not a good look when putting single parent and child at risk.

We don’t have pool keys and I have to have my 5 year old son hop the fence when we want to use it. Online states there is a gym although we have no access… online advertises gated community but the gates don’t work either.
