October 17, 2025There are still several issues that need to be addressed. The noise level in the evenings remains quite loud. We keep finding trash and cigarette butts, which raises concerns about the potential for fires. Additionally, the bushes need to be trimmed. On a positive note, I am pleased with the new BILT service so far, and I hope it continues to honor all the incentives it is offering.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2025It’s not completely awful. We like our actual apartment. Our neighbors are kind of loud. (Not just the ones we share a wall with). We like the office staff. The unknowns to us who leave trash on the ground, and don’t pick up after their pets get to us too.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025Community continues to improve with the new management teams. Only constructive feedback would offer mgmt team is more frequent property walks where 2nd and 3rd floor landings are viewed as neighbors constantly leaving garbage bags, toys, food, and creating huge messes including glitter and food all over concrete and even damaging doors. Currently looking for c way to wash or clean all the junk and glitter left outside the doors and even glitter and glue right at my door.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025I was so in love with the layout of my apartment. Huge and open. Perfect for my family of 3. I love the clean and safe unit we moved in to. August 10, 2025The units are spacious and well designed. It's hard to beat the price. Most maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The key fobs for the pool/gym have been hit or miss during our time here, but they're working on it.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2025So far so good Maientance is always on time . They all always get along really well with my dog who acts as if she never gets attention. She loves to be able to see them come in and show her voice to them.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025Had some communication issues getting into my new apartment and still don't have keys for the pool or fitness area. Aside from the front door having a large gap that alesia said was going to be fixed a month ago, everything else has been great!Property Manager Responded
