Great place and people. Apartment complex has lots of grass and trees. A really nice gas grill cooking and eating area right by the pool and a few park style bbq grills with hot coal receptacles and trash cans scattered around the area. Great location in town near parks and close to grocery stores. 15-20 min walk to Max Line so very close

I have lived here over 20 years and consider it my home. If you enjoy a quiet location and enjoy parks and trails the Habitat is a great place to live. It is also surrounded by multiple public transportation routes which make travel even easier. Good food and drink within walking distance if you fancy a night out.

Staff is great whenever we need anything, but we try not to need much. Typically its the residents that are a pain, but we know people arent here for very long. The long timers are great though.

I have lived here a long time and love the location. If you enjoy going for walks or bike rides you can't beat the location. Public transportation is convenient too so it checks all the boxes.

Angela in the leasing office was amazing. I moved down to Fort Collins from Alaska and toured several apartments. I was drawn to the Habitat apartment due to location, style, and modern interior. I initiated the lease on short notice,but she lept into action and helped me get the paperwork processed and into my apartment in two days. Can't praise her enough for her help and professionalism. Great place.
