This is my young family's first apartment and our stay has been amazing and full of good memories. We stayed here for more than a year, we wouldn't even move out if isn't for some life changes. The apartment amenities are modern and the layout of the apartment is very well-thought. The views are breathtaking as well! Juline and Isabella are courteous and always responds quickly to any concern or questions we have. I have nothing bad to say about them. Overall, I recommend staying at Hacienda ...

Worst Community
February 15, 2021
The property manager will be sweet when you sign the lease. After that when you face any problem, she will give you an option to leave the community. When you leave, 90% of you deposit will be used to upgrade the apartments. This is what she wants!! Rats, ants, children playing 27x7 within the community!! In some apartments there are bedbugs!!

  We do our best to be courteous at all times, and there can be misunderstandings where often people are frustrated because laws and policies prohibit certain behaviors. This does not mean that anyone is being rude, as we are all subject to these rules. We have only rarely asked anyone to leave as a result of continued disregard for community rules or offensive behavior. Security deposit refunds fairly and directly reflect the level of care that was taken by a resident during their occupancy. Sometimes renters damage materials that would otherwise last years. In these cases, per Standard Practice, we do have to charge for damages caused by tenants in order to bring the home back to an acceptable condition. There are also no known Bedbug infestations at our property.

Rude management. Terrible experience living here. Wish I never stepped foot on this property. Unit is literally falling apart. Save yourself a giant headache and months of torture. Find something else, even if it’s more money. It’s not worth your sanity.

Worst Leasing office representatives

I am not sure how often you see a leasing office manager or an employee behaves in this way, they were very rude when we enquired and not willing to answer questions. If someone comes from a different place and if someone wants to assist a friend, the leasing office professionals restricting them. They neither have the knowledge nor having a basic manner to respond to customers queries. The deposit amount is too high for new customers. please be careful to ask all questions before you take ...

Resident for over 18 years. The complex location is ideal--next to local bus line, walking distance to BART, ValleyCare Medical Ctr., grocery stores, parks, etc. Friendly neighbors and a great staff that cares. And, Grandma's Garden is a nice perk--growing our own vegetables and herbs is possible year-round with Pleasanton's mild climate.
