We’ve been here for a year now, since they opened! Have had no issues since moving in and love that we can set up automatic rent payments. The pool is super nice and all of our neighbors have been friendly when we see each other. We resigned another year :)

It's Great at Hackney!

This is a great community. I've been here since the place opened and have loved it. The office staff is accommodating and nice. When the rare chance of a maintenance issue arises, they take care of it swiftly and correctly the first time. I do not see me moving from here unless I can buy a house which ain't happening anytime soon!

Lots of problems
May 15, 2023
Rent is pretty high however when you move in you will experience lots of problems, I have had a date to move in and they had to move it because it was not done, I had a small window since I was selling my other place. When I moved in the first 1.5 months I had my washer not work, air conditioning not work, two items were never installed. Bedrooms do not have any lights in them, there is a spot for them but no lights. Now my icemaker stopped working. The place is very pretty but cheaply made.
