February 3, 2023They rented me an apartment with a full on cockroach infestation. The apartment wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in. I thought it was an accident since the reviews were so nice. Then the cockroaches started coming out, 3 weeks into living there. They made me wait a week before they even had the exterminator come in. I couldn’t eat or sleep that whole week. They were crawling on my belongings, in the drawers, one flew on me in bed. I couldn’t even stay there anymore. It was a nightmare. Great Place
July 22, 2021I moved in April 2021! I was in the process of selling my home, things were so up in the air....it was a crazy time. Judy and Kelly were absolutely wonderful. I was able to move in last minute - they were more than accommodating, friendly and I could not be more grateful for their help. So far, so good - it's a really nice community. I am truly thankful for those two ladies; there are just great people here. fix potholes
April 18, 2021the north building which I live in has a serious pothole problem at our entrance. it isn't mentioned nor shown when you get the tour. see for yourself its the exit next to the car wash (and tire shop go figure).Review from Apartments.com

The leasing office is always willing to help, especially Yani, he always went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had being new to renting. This place has felt like home from the beginning, I’m sad to leave! Whenever I had an issue, maintanence was quick to fix it and we’re always very friendly. Small child family
March 31, 2017I was a resident here with a small child. Their elevators are very outdated and not child friendly. Not to mention many older residents complain on your small child. They like for younger people to be seen and not herd. Note to future renters if you decide to renew your lease they will charge you a higher rent; also they will find a way to keep your security deposit so don't count on getting that back either.Review from Apartments.com

3 months in, so far so good!
July 21, 2015I have been living here for a little over three months, and so far so good. I looked long and hard for exactly what I wanted and I found it here - an affordable 2 bedroom unit in the Haddonfield area, all utilities included, wall-to-wall carpet, spacious and clean. The walk-in closets in both bedrooms are great. I wasn't looking for a balcony but now that I have it I don't know how I lived without one. The maintenance staff and leasing office are prompt and responsive for the most part. Most ...of my neighbor tenants are friendly and warm, and mature; no loud party animals. It's also a convenient and short distance from grocery shopping (Acme a block away); Cherry Hill shopping, Haddonfield and Collingswood restaurants, PATCO (train into Philly), AND there is free shuttle service to PATCO and into Center City Philly on week-days during rush hours. My main dislike so far is the laundry facilities which I think need a MAJOR upgrade. Also a warning for non-smokers: note that the non-smoking building is only non-smoking for tenants who came in after a certain date. Tenants before that date can still smoke in their apartments. If non-smoking is important to you (as it is to me), be sure to ask if any of the tenants around your prospective unit are not under the non-smoking contract.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2014I liked the apartment and where it was located. Unfortunately the person who showed me the apartment promised to send me more information. Since I could not view the apartment I would be occupying, I was hoping to see what "un-upgraded kitchen and bath" would look like and I was told photos would be sent.
