Horrible management: You will not get your security deposit back!!

This is not a place if you are worth your money. I recently moved out from Hadley hall, leaving the unit in the condition it was in when I began my tenancy, normal wear and tear notwithstanding. At the time of check out the manager put down the deductions and got my signatures, but when I got the refund today manager had deducted more than half from my security deposit. There are some other cases where tenants moved out with NO security deposit refund. Money-grubbing management! Not even worth 1 ...

I lived here for two years and it wasn't bad. They have put a lot of time in to updating the units with better appliances, and cosmetics. When I first moved in they had a serious cockroach issue but that was under the old property manager, the new manager (Mary) is incredible and keeps on top of issues like that. Internet connection could be better, Comcast seems to always have issues and it is a Comcast building. Maintenance is very responsive and typically solves the issue right away. They have ...

gated parking which is a huge plus. There is no central air so it gets balmy in the summer so I recommend a window unit for your bedroom. If you're on the third floor I suggest leaving the radiator on the lowest setting with a window open that thing puts out some serious heat.

Affordable but has a cockroach problem

I love that this place has parking and the unit sizes are perfect. The only problem is the place has roaches. I see about one a week on average. The problem gets worse and better depending on when the exterminator comes but I wish they made it a bigger priority to get rid of the pests.
