    At first I had a few hiccups with my apartment however management and maintenance worked together to make it better for me. I love that the development stands alone with no other too close. It's close to everything and nice area. Family and kid friendly.

    I didn't have a great move in experience and think alot of things could be done differently with the process before moving in. However management has worked to help make things get better and maintenance do respond and work to get things fixed keep in mind its covid and not that many available and when you email management office they do respond in a timely manner. The community is nice not much to do and at times you hear hanging out on the stairwell. Overall aside my not so great move in ...

    I would not recommend to live here. Management is for ever changing and very unprofessional. Work orders takes weeks to be completed. You do not get pest control on a regular schedule basis like you should. Money management sucks big time here.

    Before you sign the lease and they show you the apartment make sure you go through everything and inspect every piece because prior to me moving in I was told that all my appliances were new here it is I moved in and two burners on my stove dont even work Ive been here almost 3 months and guess what they still dont work I have a leak under my sink to where I have to put a bowl under there and dump it every time I run water in my sink the guest bathroom in the hallway the water gets stuck it does ...
    not even go down I even had my father come in and put Drano down there and guess what still nothing this is getting to be ridiculous my hot water heater leaks occasionally to where my floor is covered in water. I was told by the property manager to send a list of everything that needed to be done I sent the list and nothing still has not been done like I said only two things off of my list have been scratched off in the 2 1/2 months that Ive been here I definitely would not recommend living here its really crazy its hard to reach anybody in the office I understand were going through a pandemic but they make it very hard to reach out to them if you have questions or concerns I emailed them they either never email me back or they take forever to email me back. I definitely do not see myself resigning my lease this place literally is a joke.

    The overall experience with Hallmark at Timberlake is average. The apartment layout is great. The maintenance staff could use some help to get to issues in a timely fashion. The office staff is very nice but their availability is not great when calling, emailing or visiting the office. They could use an administrative assistant. The pest control needs to be upgraded. Parking is great. I am satisfied with my experience but there is definitely room for improvement.

    I went in and did the app. One week later I was told I was approved and I was ready to move in. The lady that was working on my moving in was out of the office one day and someone else answered the phone rudely and told me I needed more pay stubs. I wasn't sure why because I had already done my part. It was not my fault that they were taking there time getting me settled in. But while I was waiting on my move in date I proceeded to work some overtime to be able to get new furniture etc. She saw ...
    my it pay stubs and rudely told me, YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY AND YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I was so hurt because I had already packed up and was ready to move. She also stated if I want to move in ever to stop working ot. I couldn't believe it. I know for a fact I was not put in the apartment because they were letting someone they KNEW move in how do I know, because I work with the person they let take my apt who makes the same pay as me and we both were doing exact same overtime. I had to beg my current landlord to let me keep my place. Something needs to be done. And I will do whatever to see that this is taken care of.

    The management/staff/maintenance crew, in my experience, have all been very polite and willing to help to resolve any issues or answer any questions that I had. For the most part Hallmark at Timberlake is a usually quiet community that seems to be family oriented. There are always children outside playing which is a nice sight.
