Best Apartments Near USF
February 26, 2026So far, I have lived at HALO 46 for nearly a year. It is an amazing apartment complex with many amenities such as a gym, computer lab, photo studio and a downstairs miniature kitchen. Maintenance is always on time and takes care of your apartment needs and the front desk staff and management are so professional and friendly, often hailing out residents as we pass by the front. There are also so many student-friendly activities that are done such as creating vision boards in the lobby and pancake ...day. Lovely place to live! 10/10Property Manager Responded

Near campus and more affordable
February 19, 2026I think this is a good affordable option for housing as a student! i’ve been here for 3 years and maintenance has always been great for apartment repairs. I would say the parking garage needs work and the elevator doesn’t always work but it is nice it’s right down the road from campus!Property Manager Responded
