  • New management, quality is going downhill fast

    TL;DR: WinnCompanies is going to drive this place into the ground. Please don't move here. Disregard any review prior to May 2025, when WinnCompanies took over management. I've lived here for a while and will now leave when my lease expires soon. So far management: Removed trash pickup, stating we could have the flexibility to do that on our own schedule. Evidently people couldn't do that before. This is news to me! I'd honestly respect them more if they told the truth and said it's to cut costs. ...
    Instead they plopped two dumpsters in parking spots. They said it would be enclosed and out of sight. Why are we lying? Oversees minimal cleaning of hallways and common areas. The offered rental insurance company was discontinued. In the clubhouse, two of the three treadmills don't work. One of the sinks in the bathroom is broken, and the two soap dispensers are empty and instead replaced with one cheap reusable soap pump. Lastly, after almost three weeks they don't have a resident portal up for maintenance requests, paying rent, etc. either. But what should I care? I won't be paying rent here soon!

    Daily door to door trash pick-up and elevators makes life more bearable here at The Westerly. Open invites to guests at pool with no fees or special permissions necessary makes life relaxing and friendly. Puppy patience & tolerence makes owning a pet a joy. Wonderful walking areas on the premises and in the Franklin Forest backyard, here.

    I would highly recommend The Westerly at Forge Park. The entire property is clean and the amenities are top notch compared to other apartments. The apartment appliances are new and the apartments itself are spacious.
