Overall, it’s a mess
November 25, 2021To start, the apartments themselves are nice and the amenities are pretty new. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end. We only lived there for 2 months or so before it was so bad we ended our lease and moved. The woman at the front desk makes it a point to seem annoyed anytime you ask for anything, if you need the office for anything you have to go straight to the property manager to get anything done. We had a neighbor upstairs that allowed her dog to pee on the porch, getting pee ...all over our deck on a daily basis. We had to call the office 7 times to have this (somewhat) resolved. Our A/C died a few weeks into our lease, taking a week to fix. We overheard the HVAC technician say these units were a “time bomb” because the HVAC units were so cheaply made. Mind you this was the middle of the summer, and our apartment didn’t come with a screen door because they “ran out”. Apartments are close to nothing other than what’s in the development. Expect a half hour drive to get anywhere relevant. Dog park is rocks, so it tends to hurt your dog’s paws. Random people also bring their dogs into the park all the time to use the bathroom, so there’s always random dog poop in there. Terrible
March 8, 2021I am very disappointed with this place. I pay a high rent to a place where I have no peace. A lot of noise from the upstairs neighboors, parties and music that shake my apartment for hours until midnight, I already complained to the property management but nothing changes. If the weather is nice can't even open the window or the balcony door because of the smell of marijuana, don't waste your time and money with this place!!!Review from Apartments.com
