To start, the apartments themselves are nice and the amenities are pretty new. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end. We only lived there for 2 months or so before it was so bad we ended our lease and moved. The woman at the front desk makes it a point to seem annoyed anytime you ask for anything, if you need the office for anything you have to go straight to the property manager to get anything done. ...all over our deck on a daily basis. We had to call the office 7 times to have this (somewhat) resolved. Our A/C died a few weeks into our lease, taking a week to fix. We overheard the HVAC technician say these units were a “time bomb” because the HVAC units were so cheaply made. Mind you this was the middle of the summer, and our apartment didn’t come with a screen door because they “ran out”. Apartments are close to nothing other than what’s in the development. Expect a half hour drive to get anywhere relevant. Dog park is rocks, so it tends to hurt your dog’s paws. Random people also bring their dogs into the park all the time to use the bathroom, so there’s always random dog poop in there. Unless your life goal has always been to live in Maynard, avoid this place at all costs.
