I first reached out to Halstead Providence on 8/11/2025 and the next day I was already getting help with availability that matched the end of my old lease. Jordan from Sales & Marketing listened to exactly what I needed since I was moving from a smaller apartment and kept me updated with options. I applied on 8/16 and got approved. Then on 9/17 she let me know about a bigger unit with a 12/5 move-in. I asked if I could move sooner so I wouldn’t pay double rent, and the next day she made it happen ...
for 11/26, perfect timing so I could settle in over Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you to Jordan and Olivia from Sales & Marketing, and Ashley and Malika from Concierge. Everyone has been responsive, helpful, and detailed, which made my move smooth and stress-free. So far, definitely a 5-star experience. I recently moved from New Jersey and really wanted a home with more community, and I’m already feeling that here. Very happy with my decision!

I have to say, I have stated at a variety of different complexes. That have staff and amenities, and your basic things that you would need to live in, but here? This place goes above and beyond in every aspect. From their staff, who are so attentive and hands-on and clearly enjoy what they do. Can you reach out to them anytime of the day and get a response within minutes. To the out of this world amenities. If you don’t think they have it, they do. I’ve had such a great experience here! The office team is always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. They do an awesome job organizing events that make the community feel connected. The amenities are incredible from the golf simulator and game room to the Olympic lap pool, rooftop deck, and private garden. It really feels like a place that goes above and beyond for its residents. Highly recommend!

Love it here! The office team works so hard and puts on the best events. They are responsive and helpful. The manager is a great example to his team on what professionalism looks like. The amenities are a huge plus. The golf simulator and lap pool are two of my favorites but I also love the roof top deck and private garden.

My experience at Halstead has been good. Management does a decent job of trying tor remedy community problems that arise. Aside from staff being extremely difficult to get ahold of via email, they are often very helpful.

Everyone was very nice to me when I arrived and very helpful. It was a bit stressful when I first arrived because I couldn't find a cart to move in. There were quite a few people moving in the same day, but it eventually all worked out.

I love Halstead Providence. It's been over 6 years of convenient and safe living in this great community. Staff are attentive and responsive. Amanities are top notch e.g. gym room and equipment, a heated pool, co-working spaces, gardens, mail rooms, a covered and clean garage, golf and game rooms, etc. and also many events that bring neighbors together. Thanks for making it a HOME :)

We have been living at the Halstead for over a year and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The maintenance team is outstanding, and everyone is so kind and accommodating. They are not only trustworthy, but skilled and efficient! We did have the hot water snafu this past year, which was inconvenient and disruptive, but the staff did their best to make the best of terrible situation. In addition, we have been without a pool heater for nearly 6 months, which has been another ...

Overall, the residence is excellent clean, safe, and well-maintained. The management and staff are professional and supportive. The only drawback is highway noise for road facing apartments. It would be highly beneficial if the management installed noise proof windows or similar soundproofing measures to ensure a more comfortable living experience.
