Horrible experience in less than a year

In these apartments I have had the worst experience in less than a year, first 6 months without a washing machine, 3 months without a dryer, the A/C clogged 3 times, you call the emergency line and they tell you that it is not an emergency to be without A/C and the apartment at 82 hot with everything and ceiling fans, the digital door lock left us out, the elevator always broken and going up to a 4th floor shopping and boxes of water is not easy and the rent exceeds 2,000 a and not to mention the ...
amount of emails they send you about the pool and dirty bathrooms and soon you even need permission for visitors, Horrible!
