Quiet And Calm
August 11, 2022Only rented for a year and management has changed. Haven’t dealt with them much except for moving out. Apartment was comfy, maintenance came within a day for any issues, luckily didn’t have any major ones. Gate is constantly broken or stuck but I’ve lived in a lot of “gated” communities across the country and I’m starting to believe that’s just the norm. Wish the gym had a few more machines but it worked for what we needed. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous traffic from all the trucks coming off ...the highway and having to commute to midtown for work, we definitely would have renewed our lease. Going to miss the sound of the distant train lulling me to sleep. Overall we enjoyed calling this apartment our home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Residents here are the worst

The staff if very welcoming and attends to your needs in a timely manner. The community offers great amenities: swimming pool, gym, tennis court, play ground, garages, laundry facility, garden tubs, large walk-in closets, spacious and unique floor plans. August 1, 2015When my fiance and I first heard about Carrington, the rent was incredibly cheap for the area we were looking in. We JUMPED at the opportunity. Immediately we came and locked in the price. My fiance then went on a tour without me, and assured me that I would love it here. We went home that night and decided to read reviews of our future home. This, much to our concern, was a bad idea. The reviews are terrible. They had a two to three star rating average on every site we looked through. ...Residents hated it here. We called our leasing agent and expressed our concerns, she told us that they had a completely new management team and were actively seeking out solutions to all previous complaints by former and current residents. So we went against every negative review and moved in two months later. This place is beautiful. The lawn is always trimmed, plants are well kept, and everything is always fresh. They have pest control come on Monday if you request it. If you do request it, they will come in your unit whether you're home or not, which can be avoided if you inform management that it makes you uncomfortable. We have had several issues with roaches that don't go away without some resident interference, pest control does not do the trick, I assure you. The community is involved and is, overall, very friendly. The amenities are wonderful, excluding the laundry room, which is hopeless. It does poor in washing and drying, and will eat your money. We really enjoy this area and the community, the new management has a few kinks left to work out, but overall has left us quite pleased.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015My apartment complex is an excellent place to live. I was impressed the moment I talked with the manager and staff. I felt like a member of their "family". Now that I've been living here only 20 days, my love for Carrington Green continues to grow. Everything here is an amenity.
