Upon move in my apartment was not move in ready! As they claim ! When moving in I noticed door handles wasn’t on my room door! My washer was filled with old water! My air was broken! I moved in on the 5th so I went 3 days in heat until it was fixed with a toddler! My Refrigerator had small bugs that looked like rat droppings instead of it (I received a new one the following week ) however my washer is still broken and I’m highly upset because all this was supposed to be checked & fixed before ...

I lived here going a 1 year the apartments are quite and secluded. Everyone is always courteous and kind. Misty our apartment Manager is doing a excellent job here for our safety. Misty goes above and beyond her expectations at Arbors on the Lake. They have install great lightning in all the parking areas which is good. Sometimes the gates are broken or not working but-Misty make sure they are maintenance and repair immediately. I enjoyed my stay here at Arbors on the Lake with everything on ...

I've lived in Arbors on the Lake for about a year, and I absolutely love it. It's quiet, which says a lot considering New Orleans East is pretty active. Safe, gated community. Kid friendly. Great amenities (in-unit LAUNDRY!!!). Lots of green space. Nice, friendly neighbors and staff.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and I love it. I’m looking to purchase a home but I would only recommend arbors. One con tho. They hit the property up breaking in cars but my dude is a officer and the whole east is bad!!!!!!! But my neighbors be very quiet and I love that.

I’ve lived here now for 4 years, car has been broken into, new management keeps raising rent but nothing changes (no new/improved amenities, parking lot is a mess, gates never work right)....it’s turning into expensive projects. Not worth it. The best thing they have to offer here are washer and dryer...definitely in the market to move.

My car was stolen from this apartments complex, I notified the office the lady stated that she had to run the cameras back, and she will call back with the results, come to find out she never called back I had to call her all to find out that there Security system was breached. She stated that some one cut off they surveillance system and this never happened before. Mind you we had just moved in on Oct 5 my car was stolen on Nov 6. I spoke to some neighbors they started that they have had break ...

Unfortunately New Orleans East is battling some major crime issues that management has suffered as well. As the management company we comply with our residents and local police dept (NOPD) with any helpful information we may have. Not all the time we can give a resident or guest exactly what they are looking for. We will continue to work with our neighboring properties on ways to better our community and city. We are also open to reasonable suggestions. Thank you for loving your apartment amenities and it is our due diligence to work with all residents and their guest that may experience such lost.

I have lived in New Orleans East most of my life and I have NEVER noticed Arbors on the Lake Apartments before. When I came into the office to apply it was quick and easy to be approved. I didn't have the rental history needed to be approved but I was offered a third party company to be a co signer for me! I was then approved! so far I love how nice clean and quiet it is. All of the utilities are paid with the rent except for my light bill. I love the Cable, internet and washier and dryer! That ...
was the best thing for me. The complex is gated and the Management doesn't play with letting strangers in. They are strict but I like that, it makes me feel safe. The curtsey officer is very nice as well. So far so good. I hope it stays this way.

Arbors on the lake apartment has changed with new ownership within the past 5 months things have changed a great deal. This review will covered all the details needed to make your decision on moving to the property. I will listed the Cons and Pros.
Cons:
* Limited Parking (If you work a non-traditional job if after 5pm parking by your building will be obsolete).
* Unruly Neighbors (Will come home to the smell of marijuana if not every single day).
* Rent rate listed is not what you'll actually ...
be paying it will be monthly rate plus an additional $89.99 for cable services and internet.
Pros:
* Fairly decent apartment inside granite countertops, washer and dryer, black appliances
* Maintenance reponses very quickly to all request
* Pest Control (Done twice a month)
Let me honest, when looking for a fairly decent apartment I would say Arbors would meet the requirement, but if your a person thats looking for a complex that will have hiding fees for things that are a necessity then be ready because I'm sure Providence will implement it without a proper consent but simply a letter of implementation.
I would definitely say, make sure to ask all the questions regarding monthly obligation cost, possible changes within lease terms, and more importantly the actual rent amount per month including all services * NOTE, if you do not want the cable and internet service you won't be able to opt out and if your late or unable to make payment it will be considered a late rent payment * just figured I give the latest information from a current resident soon to be departing.

I have been living in my apartment for 3 years and yet in a city with an outstanding crime rate I have yet to have problems here. This place has an amazing beautiful view of lake pontrachtrain and is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores such as Walmart and Winn Dixie. If your looking for a safe beautiful place with awesome rent here is the place you want to be.
