Stay away
February 20, 2024Let me tell you what it is really like living in Hamilton court.. The units are infested with roaches and rodents and when you ask for an exterminator. Management will take several days or even a week to get back to your request. Say someone is coming out and they never do. Management this place practically doesn’t have a management. The office is never opened and again they take several days sometimes weeks to reply back to emails and voicemails. If you are even lucky to get a reply As a ...tenet, you were pretty much left to fend for yourself. There are only two maintenance employees for this entire complex, so be prepaid to wait for your request. I will say this the maintenance guys are very nice when you do speak with them. As for laundry, there are a total of 10 washer and dryer’s for the entire complex and half the time 50% of them are down or laundry rooms are flooded. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Hamilton court.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management
November 4, 2023I made an appointment to tour an apartment a week in advance, I called the day of to confirm my appointment three times. No one answered the phone, I figured my appointment would be honored and maybe they weren’t by the phones when I called. I drove all the way from south Jersey to this property for the leasing office to be locked up and closed at 3pm when they are supposed to be working until five and I had an appointment for 3. June 29, 2022It just to be nice but not anymore, first of all they erase my rent more than $300 in around two years, they make you pay things that are you don’t even know, water, gas, trash, they send you the bill and they don’t show you how much you spent they make you pay whatever they want. There is a lot of dog poop everywhere you can’t even walk without paying attention because you may step on it. The laundry service they have is the worse, most of the time the machines are broken, when you call the ...company for a refound they are so mean with us, they don’t want to give us the money back so we lose our money detergent and time they don’t care. The pool is close for two years in the row, they keep saying they’re going to open but they never open so it’s been close for two years and is all dirty. When something gets broken they don’t want to fix it, they keep asking how you break it in the end you had to contact them unless three times so your stuff can get fixed, my kitchen in my bathroom are very very old. One time they make me pay two months of peco energy because they say peco put my account under their account they never show me proof but they make me pay plus I had to pay for Late fee because I didn’t pay right away even I contact Peco and they told me he’s not sure the management make me to pay. They don’t respect what is on the Lease’ they can change the rules on the lease by any time without care. And finally now they make you to pay for apartment insurance, not for you stuff, for the apartment. They say that way they gonna protect the apartment, this is the first time I hear that the management make you pay apartment insurance to protect the walls the floor the windows and anything else. Is a nice area tho, but that’s it only the area is nice nothing else they don’t care anything, even the playground was broken for two years old is troy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

When I put in a request they gave me a specific timeframe as to when it will be completed and they follow through on it.
