    In this small apartment complex, with just 13 units, a lot of my neighbors have been "lifers" here. Some of my neighbors have lived her for 20 and 30 years, and they really enjoy it. What I love about where I live is that it feels like a small community, and you know just about everyone here. It's also quiet, with easy access to the 55 freeway. I love the location - I am just minutes from Newport Beach, or I can hop on the freeway and be at South Coast Plaza for some good shopping or ...

  • Cozy Apartments and Friendly Neighbors 10 Minutes from the Beach

    I LOVE my apartment complex and neighbors!! There are 11 units in this complex, circling around an inviting and cozy pool. The pool isn't large like those resort-apartment pools, but it's big enough for you to jump in and escape from the summer heat that California gets all year round. The thing I like most about my complex--my neighbors! We all know each other by a first-name basis and we love chatting and hanging out after work. We started having our own pool-side movie night events in the ...

The Basics: * The complex itself has washers and dryers steps away from the apartment units and in my 2 years living here, I've never had to wait in line *Very quiet neighbors unless we are having a neighborhood movie night by the pool, which we hold randomly upon approval of ALL neighbors :) * Safe and gated community. I've never encountered anything bad nor unsafe in my 2 years here. * Super friendly neighbors--my neighbors offer me snacks, cookies, and cupcakes on a weekly basis! * 2-3 minutes from the major 55 Freeway, which connects to the 405 in another 5 minutes *Mother's market is a 3-5 minute walking distance away. Trader Joe's is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away *6-10 minute drive from the beach--I LOVE that my apartment is so close to Newport Beach!!! It's close enough for me to bike there and far enough for me to avoid the tourist crowds in June. All other months have been perfect weather to layout on the beach after work with virtually no one else around. * 5 minute walk from Triangle Square--a great social area with diverse restaurants, bars, movie theatre, and a night club. You are far enough from this wonderful hangout place so that you don't hear the noise and bustle at night but you are also close enough so that you can easily walk to it and join in all the fun. * Management: They have been very quick to answer any questions or concerns that I've had. They even let me replace my carpet with hardwood floors! *Apartment layout: The apartments themselves are mostly one bed-room layouts and around 800-900 sq. ft. Spacious, clean, and receive plenty of natural sunlight. There are also a lot of beautiful trees and plants around the complex, so it never gets too hot in the summer, which is a huge plus since there is no AC The only drawback I could think of is that there is no gym located on site, which could be nice, but hey, you can't have everything!
