I have been a resident for 6 years and I love living here. The views are amazing, the apartments are modern , sleek and well designed. I have great neighbors and have met many life long friends. Maintenance esp. Alex and Sal have always been on top of anything that I need or any requests that I make which are not that many. Management office is always courteous and professional to me. The pool is my favorite amenity and is like a resort. My cats love it here and never get tired of ...

I love the gym in our Apt, it has a really good view. Also, lounges is one of another my favorite place to go, especially the Lounge in tower A fourth floor, very quiet place to studying. And i like the community events especially paints event. I hope it will have more painting event in next year!

Good amenities. Wifi is funky in some of the shared spaces. AC is broken in some lounges. People are making loud zoom calls in shared work spaces, and there's no phone booths to take calls from in privacy.

Hamilton Cove is a wonderful community and location to live. It is close to Hoboken and easily accessible to public transit like buses, light rail, and ferry to get to Jersey City, NYC, etc. The amenities are great and maintained well. Overall good value compared to other luxury buildings in Hoboken.

Overall all good, but not luxory. AC is very outdated. Quality of the apartment is ok, but not so good. Front desk people are really nice. BBQ mostly does not operate well. Light trail is super loud.

Nearing 10 months at Hamilton Cove and have nothing but positive reviews. The facilities themselves are extremely well built, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. As a young professional, the building has everything I need and is in an extremely convenient location with regard to city access, groceries, dining, and nightlife, whilst still maintaining a quiet haven from the bustle of the area.

I have been a resident for 5.5 years going on 6 years and I love living here. The views are amazing, the apartments are modern , sleek and well designed. I have great neighbors and have met many life long friends. Maintenance esp. Alex and Sal have always been on top of anything that I need or any requests that I make which are not that many. Management office is always courteous and professional to me. The pool is my favorite amenity and is like a resort. My cats love it here and never ...

get tired of looking at NYC. Everything is great from the gym, pool, my apartment, the location , the vibe, the other residents and the concierge. Its a great place to be and im grateful I am here

We love HC. We love the location, the space in the apartment. We are literally across the street from the ferry which is only a 7 minute ride to 39th Street. The bus to NYC is also right in front. We are the last stop before NYC and the first stop off. We are literally 10 minutes from the Port Authority. Also, right outside our building are great restaurants.
