My yard is a lake cover in algae. Management won't fix. Like the house but have no yard to enjoy. Water bill is high because if lake in yard.

An excellent place to live, but slow on the maintenance work orders. Had to have a fridge replaced three times before one worked correctly. Upon moving out, they charged us for a missing fridge drawer since it did not match the original fridge we moved in with! Not only that, but they charged us twice for carpet cleaning! We used the service company they recommended, paid with cash, and turned the receipt in to the office. Now they say they never saw a receipt and the carpets did not have "the ...
patterns a cleaner would make" and charged us for a second cleaning. Do not expect to get your deposit back! We also had to do a break lease, and the place was suspiciously rented right after we finished our payments. Do not rent here! You will get screwed over by Properties Plus!!!!!!!!
