I honestly go to her with any questions and she goes above and beyond to answer them plus. I highly recommend. I’m a nurse and don’t mind apartment living at all. Aweful experiences..
August 4, 2021Firstly They only allow 50 characters so I’ll try to keep it short. Paint was sloppy and rushed when moving in. They add on water and sewage once moved in and they tell you things changed. They add admin fee and valet waste on your contract and they don’t tell you until you get the bill. The place was sooo dirty moving in that there was chunks of dirt in the window corners. We’ve had things break just a few weeks in. Dryer takes 3 hours to dry cloth. The property manager takes days to reply to ...your concerns. Please be aware of this company. I haven’t seen any reviews since 2018, it’s a bit alarming to me.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful and Lovely
December 5, 2017I have been living at the Hamilton Green for just a few months and I can honestly say that it is one of the best places to live in South Jersey. The staff are simply the best! They are helpful in ways you least expect. They care! They listen! They do their best to guarantee that residents are safe by taking every necessary precaution. The grounds are well maintained, the homes are very well cared for and attention is given to every detail. No cockroaches, mices or any of the craziness with these ...creatures that you experience in other places. It's just clean! Even the maintenance guys always have a smile and will assist you as necessary and not just when you have a work order. It could be something as big as trying to get a heavy package into your home or just simply asking if everything is ok with you. The neighbors and community as a whole is peaceful. I haven't heard no loud music or crazy parties from any home. The neighbors are peace loving and everyone just watch out for each other. No cops coming in here like you see in other places and that tells you a lot about the kind of residents and how much the staff here pays attention to the selection process. Truly a lovely place to live if you love peace and quiet and want a clean living environment. As a single parent with a special needs child, I feel safe living in this community with my child.Property Manager Responded

The location is easily accessible, the staff is incredibly skilled and attend to residents as family. April 14, 2017When we 1st saw Hamilton Greene, We were so taken with its beauty ! We call it "The Resort" because, we feel like we are on vacation staying at a resort !! Loving it!
February 28, 2017My family moved in a few months ago and have nothing but a positive experience. We needed something minor fixed and maintenance was here within a few hours. Snow removal has been fantastic and they are proactive when it comes to potential winter storms. I think that it is worth the cost to live here. Neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. The maintenance and office staff are very polite and helpful. I actually had an incident where I left my keys on the step and shut the door and I had my daughter with me.
