Not your normal review
March 15, 2022Horrible experience so far. Windows and sliding glass doors are made of cheap glass. Took multiple days for air conditioning to be fixed upon move-in. No screens in any of the windows through out the whole apartment. Hot water lasts for only a couple mins at best. Trash piles everywhere. Be weary before moving in. Update has even gotten even worst. Electrical system goes out and beeps loudly every night. please be careful before spending the amount of money it costs to live here. Pool isn’t ...heated, windows are old and will break, and if you don’t like bad beeping noises due to faulty electrical don’t move here. also the water is shut off multiple times a week :/ I have only left 2 reviews of any business in my life so please know it takes a lot for me to do this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
November 22, 2021Worst office personal ever , I was going to move in I paid the ridiculous application they charge was like $225 on their website . I was not able to move because I had to leave to the country to attend my grandfathers funeral who died from COVID. I called them and told them 1 month before move in date and they didn’t care . They still went ahead and processed my application and over-drafted my checking account , then I called them and they didn’t want to hear , then I get a notice from a ...Collections agency . Under a bridge is better
September 28, 2021Don’t listen to the reviews saying pretty things it’s all a lie. I’ve had a leaking air conditioner roof for the past week and they had yet to properly fix it without it leaking. The rent is off the rails high for no reason in these cigarette box 60s hotel room. I was not kidding when I said it’s been to live under a bridge. The parking is terrible, maintenance is asinine and useless, the office people never wanna talk to you but love to send you bills. They will waste your time
September 22, 2021Scheduled an appointment to view a unit and was told the one I wanted to see was available now. It's also listed as available on Apartments.com and is STILL listed as available seven hours later. They had me drive over and then informed me that they have no one bedrooms available but would show me a 2 bedroom. in any other industry this would be illegal. It's called a bait and switch. February 3, 2021Estoy al mudarme para estos apartamento, a mi parecer el lugar no se ve malo y el precio es asequible mi única queja es que ni me he mudado y ya tuve problemas con el personal de la oficina , son desagradables, no tienen educación y en fin te tratan mal , espero no tener que ir a la oficina para nada pq al parecer si tienes algún problema lo puedes reportar mediante la página de los apartamentos, pondré otra opinión luego de mudarme y así le servirá a los nuevos residenteReview from Apartments.com
Rude staff
January 21, 2021Came in inquiring about the place wouldn’t even let me finish the sentence or ask any more questions. Kept saying there was nothing to do and no tours or any information because she didn’t want to answer my questions just kept saying no and that there was not going to be anything available. Was super rude. The place looks decent but wouldn’t know because the staff was very rude.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2020After about a week of trying to reach out, and many attempts to leave voice mails, filling out the contact forms, sending my information in and everything possible, I have still not heard anything back. I did get an email but was obviously pre-typed with the same leasing number I have been calling all week. I am sad to say that this is very poor management, and for a potential tenant to hear nothing back is quite sad.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect for Starter
May 14, 2020Came here from Connecticut to start all over. Staff is pleasant respectful and courteous. Not used to a small unit but again this is to start off until I buy my own house. I'm in front of the pool have a great view love feeding the birds and such. It's peaceful and that is why I came to do to Florid. Truly Blessed with the accommodations and people who work here. Great price for what you get
August 16, 2015I moved here in May 2015 and the process was simple they require a very small deposit and they were quick with getting back to me. I've lived here for 6 months now and I only had one issue with my AC leaking and maintenance was quick to resolve the issue. Water and basic cable included 1bed/1 bath and I pay 625$ a month.
