I have lived at The Hamilton since October of last year. Maintenance is on top of work orders and has completed anything i’ve put in within the same day. My dryer stopped worked and they came out and cleaned my vent and it works perfect now! My neighbors are super friendly and there is an overwhelming since of community here.

I applied for an apartment and I made double the income, they said I needed a co-signer. My boyfriend said he would co-sign for me. He turned in the paperwork and they said that they never gotten it. He turned it in for the second time and they said they didn’t have his paperwork and a missing piece of mines. We both turned it back in and we never heard from them.

This was a major reason I wanted to live here, since I work during the day(as do most people here), and wouldn't be able to receive packages any other way. They just announced that they have chosen not to receive packages in the office anymore. After the leasing consultant's assurances that this was an available service and giving no indication that it was planned to be withdrawn, they decided to get rid of one of the most attractive amenities they have. It's absurd, and begs the question: what other amenities are they planning to get rid of now that they've gotten rid of the most popular one?

I’ve lived at Hamilton for two years. The office staff are always friendly and quick to handle maintenance issues. The pool area is nice. Grounds are well kept. Apartment is close to shopping areas and restaurants. My only complaints are that the gym is small for a complex this size (should be an additional elliptical and remove the bike) , and the trash receptacle is inadequate as well. There’s one large bin for 400+ unit complex. We have to store our trash in our apartment which smells then ...

We have some new neighbors in our building who love to smoke and talk on their cell phones while in the walkway and sometimes in the parking lot on a daily and nightly basis. The staff here is very nice and respectful, the building here is clean and the maintenance is always here on time to get any appliances fix or replaced. Every staff is very efficient, and I must say that this apartment is top notch.
