Hidden fees that don't add up
January 4, 2023My mom was receiving a water bill for years that average 30 a month. Recently, Hammock Harbor started issuing her a water bill; however, now her water fee is more than 130 a month. My mom called the office about 20 times before she got an answer because she wanted an itemized copy, but was then told she had to make an appointment to see someone and to get copies. After the appointment was made, no one answered inside the office when my mom went for her appointment but because other tenants ...informed her that they saw someone go inside the office, my mother continued knocking on the office door until someone answered. When my mom asked for a printed copy of her bill, the person who was working in the office was very hostile to her and would not provide her copies, and threatened to call the police if she didn't leave.
