The process to move in here it was so fast in my experience. The personal office was attentive and helpful. good communication. The apartments are nice and comfortable. Good location and quiet area

Very unprofessional!

I went through the application process, paid my holding fee was told a few days later I was approved.. a couple weeks later they told me it was ready to move in although I was not supposed to move in till January 1st and this was because they had me down for a three bedroom when it was supposed to be a two so then at this point they told me they had a two bedroom available March first so I sat and waited and then the last week of January they call me and tell me that the people I had been dealing ...
with are no longer there and that I had to reapply so I brought in all my information, updated check stubs and now they are telling me I am overqualified for a two-bedroom claiming my two children and that I'm even overqualified for a three-bedroom now the numbers they gave me are totally different than the numbers they showed me originally and both ladies I have dealt with since this have just started and they said they had no record of me ever being approved, just bad business and very nonchalant and uncaring about my situation that they put me in weather intentional or not, their numbers had changed from what I was originally shown and I was definitely called and told I was approved back in December, just bad business

Was turned down for a unit fine was told by one assistant property manager i could come pick up my money order for $200 knowing i couldn't cash it back In so was told i would receive a refund check in mail in a week ..here it is now a month later still no check keep getting told different stories im now seeking legal help to resolve

UNPROFESSIONAL!

Staff are extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! I have been waiting 5 months for the $200 dollars I gave them to supposably “hold” an apartment I was never really approved for. You would think they would be a little more professional about things but all they do is hang up the phone on me and put me on hold whenever I call to talk about it. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

Staff, Process, Apartment and added bonus

The Staff and Management: Debbie and Brenda were very friendly and helpful. When I picked up my application, The Process: I was told everything I would need to have when I returned. Debbie sat down with me and went over every question on the application. Once all this was completed and the application was turned in, it was awhile before the actual move in date. There were a couple of items that had to be updated, the information could only be six months old. Once this was taken care of, it was ...
still a bit of a wait to move in. Like I said the process was long and time consuming however they sit down with you and answer all questions while you fill out everything. I would like to state that this is a brand new site and that plays a part in why the wait to move in was longer. The Apartment: I have been living here since March 4,2018. The apartment is beautiful and well worth the wait. The apartment exceeded my expectations Bonus: I have taken advantage of the computers and the T.V. in the clubhouse,as well as the fitness center, If you do not have transportation, the bus stop is a seven minute walk from my apartment in the complex. It is call the Green Route. You can get to the Wal Mart on 19 as well as the Wal Mart on 41. Some other places on this route are Winn Dixie, Publix, Dollar Tree, J C penny, as well as Pasco Hernando College, Zaxby's, and Village Pizza. There are just to many places to name. There is just about anything you would need. A couple other places are Planet Fitness, T-Mobile and dozens of places to eat. Guess there is a lot of truth to the saying, Location, Location, Location. For me this is the idea location.

Not Professional

I do not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter went through so much dealing with this place, its not worth the stress , she was lied to many times, messages ignored. after 2 months of dealing with all the stress and lies we had enough, she is still yet to receive her 200.00 back for holding her apartment. I strongly do not recommend anyone waste the time on this place. The staff is very unprofessional . I wouldn't want anyone to go through all my daughter went through.

Beautiful apartments they did a great job on the construction, although I don’t recommend going through the stress of dealing with the management. I gave up after waiting over 2 months for my approval, and I still have not received my refund of $200 which was put down to hold a apartment.

I love them

I applied and ended up making to much money to live there. I am giving them 5 stars because even though i was not able to move in there Debbie made me feel good while I was there even when i came back and she told me i made too much money i walked away feeling great. The placw is beautiful and they have the best staff . I would tell everyone to apply there.

BEWARE!! BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!

Read all fine print; especially what you sign. Sewer and water not included. After filling out the application & paying $52 (at Walmart?), over a month ago, they still couldn't show me what the apartments actually look like (in person.) Along with that, they want you to pay the $200 Administration Fee (which is suppose to be applied to your security fee?) to "hold an apartment" ; "putting you higher on the list for approvals." What apartments? They are UNABLE to show any. I was very ...
interested & excited about moving into these apartments, but now have decided not to go through with it & possibly risk losing the $200 Administration Fee, if the apartment. is not ready. Along with worrying about giving notice where I live now, while these apartments are not even available for renters to look at. Good luck to anyone who takes the chance.
