July 22, 2024I just moved out of Hampshire Crossing and I have to say, it was the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Staff is incredibly helpful, nice, and professional. The gym is a good size; I never had to wait for a particular machine. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage space. Rent raised every year
February 2, 2021I've been living here for 2yrs and they raise the rent every year. I've always pay my rent on time through their website. I guess its normal to raise your rent every year. $150 mandatory fee in your lease for the gym, which is small. 1 bedrooms are expensive.Review from Apartments.com

Beautiful place to live
January 3, 2020This is a beautiful place to live in. Packages ordered are left at front door with no worries of being stolen. I feel so safe here that I leave my front door open while I go to the gym. The gym here has everything one wants and there is never anyone there! i Also heard that they are building a pool!
