Totally unprofessional
June 22, 2020Drove 5 1/2 hours with an appointment to look at an apartment after we turned down an offer to look at a model. We told Kevin, that we weren't interested in seeing a model and we waited a week for an appointment to see the actual apartment. When we arrived, Kevin told us that we could see the model. I was upset and shocked and left with disappointment and with very few words. I was in shock after a 5 1/2 hour drive to be told "sorry, I can't help you." I called back and and asked Kevin to ...clarify this and he said that that's how they work.
