Been living here for about 3 months now. Saw a rat in the kitchen one night. Reported it and the manager quickly responded to seal a hole in the wall. But the rat came in again and I reported it on Friday morning. This time i was told to wait 4 days because it was a weekend and the team was busy! A surprisingly lax response given the health hazzard from rats!! Now am worried about roaches and bugs if they comeby. Otherwise, apt is ok if you are ok with unsightly dark and stained carpet hallways ...
and leaking lobby. Move in at your own risk:)

This building is under new management! They are making a lot of changes and renovations for the better! I am actually excited to have guests come visit now. The staff is great! The maintenance is quick and efficient, the cleaning staff is fantastic, and the office staff is delightful. They have even helped me carry in my groceries! Can't complain!
