Mice and other creatures
August 25, 2023I have been living her for almost 6 years and we are finally moving out. The initial years were great and without any issues. The management was quick to respond and handle any matters. Past 2 years have really been a disappointment. And to our surprise regardless of how careful and clean we try to maintain the place we have been seeing and infestation of mice and other creatures. What a shame.Review from Apartments.com
What a shame
June 20, 2023Back in 2021 the newer management was great and the property manager was fantastic. There are no reviews since she left for a reason and sadly this place has gone straight downhill. There is no staff and the money hungry owners constantly tries to add fees or fine residents for ridiculous things and will even illegally tow your car but nobody even answers phones or emails here. The rent has increased dramatically in the years that we’ve lived here and it’s absolutely not worth it.Property Manager Responded

Love it here! So peaceful
April 4, 2021New management has taken over and the apartments are gorgeous. The one bedrooms are so spacious and for the rent price this is such a good price because everything is included. No hidden fees. I was amazed on how spacious the one bedrooms are. The manager and maintenance personnel are extremely kind and understanding. I moved from another town, and my apartment definitely feels like my new home. Denise made the move in process very smooth and quickly. Any maintenance issue I have, I submit a ...work order online and the super shows up that same day or the next. I’ve thankfully never had to wait more than 48 hours for any issues to get fixed. I’ve had one emergency and I called maintenance. Maintenance was at my door in less than 10 minutes. I’ve only had one issue and that’s with the snow removal . When I spoke to the manager, she was nice and very straight forward with me.
