Poor quality apartments. Backyard doors are generations old, door with net never fits properly. Lots of insect comes in as there is a small jungle closer to few buildings. There were snakes in my patio few times, I asked management to fill in the cracks outside the apartment but no action, so I took care of this by being extra cautious when I used my backyard door. Same problem was experienced by other neighbors as well. Garbage is not well managed, you will see them on the ground mostly due to
...the birds. Somehow I lived here for more than 4 years. I paid the 2 months rent as lease breaking charge, near by apartments are better for lease breaking, at least my friend experienced only 1 month at other place in the past. On moving I was charged extra for the things you wouldn't expect. First of all I would recommend not to come here as there are better apartments in this area. If you can spend this much then you can spend a little more and can be at a better place. Even if you come here as I did, please take picture of everything, even minor minor things, specially things are in poor conditions, you will charged for them when you move out. Management wants to make money from everything they can.
